My software client is seeking a Help Desk Support / Customer Service Controller to join their team
Provide application support to customers using the platform, resolving operational, customs, and financial workflow queries across modules including Estimates, Shipment Management, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, Invoicing, and Reporting.
This role suits candidates with hands-on freight forwarding or customs clearing experience who can independently investigate system issues
Matric
1+ years of relevant operational experience in freight forwarding or customs clearing (The client is seeking someone more junior to develop into the role, hence 1+ years experience)
Able to analyze operational transactions and identify process or data issues
Understanding of shipment workflows and operational documentation
Own reliable transport
Weekend and after-hours standby duties are allocated on a rotational basis among team members. This does not require physical office presence — availability via standby phone and laptop is sufficient
